• Provide written translations of emails to and from Japanese
• Coordinating with Support Engineers to ensure timely translation of cases to be sent back to customers/partners
• Translating of documents including any attachments to emails between Support Engineers and customers/partners
• Assisting with all incoming communications to the Support Center
• Assisting customers with access and license key queries

• Fluent Japanese and English speaker is required (Mandarin would be a plus)
• Experience of translating form Japanese to English and vice versa
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Well organised with ability to multi task
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
