Job Description
Our 2 year European Graduate Program offers you the chance to work on different assignments within the Finance function during which you will strengthen your skills and shape your future personally and professionally.
The program in Finance develops management and analytical skills through classroom training and key assignments. Hands-on experience may include financial planning and analyzing, financial support to the operations, global procurement analytical support, treasury / cash management and commercial finance.
Key Job Responsibilities:
In this challenging role you will get plenty on the job experience with month-end reporting, statutory reporting, financial planning & analysis, treasury and plant accounting. The program will provide you with visibility and insight to different parts of the company and you will be mentored by senior Avery Dennison Finance Managers. You will work in different teams where you will be challenged to bring out the best in yourself. During the 2 years program you may take on activities such as:
Customer and competitor analysis
Business diagnostics
Contribution to the month end close process
Quarterly and annual forecasting and planning
Profitability analysis
Involvement in approval for Financial Expenditure projects
Involvement in other operations restructuring projects
Positions in Plant/Operations Finance, Division/Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting & Controllership are some of the potential positions offered immediately after the 2 years program.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are just about to complete – or have recently completed – a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, (Management) Accounting, Economics or equivalent. A maximum of 2 years of financial experience in an international company is a plus.

The next program start date is 01.09.2019.
