Job Description

The Marketing Project Specialist will be responsible for the execution of various customer acquisition and customer success initiatives. The successful candidate is analytical in their approach to gather necessary data, interpret the date, refine the information, create solid project plans that provides creative solutions, and effectively executes on those plans alongside key stakeholders.

Role Snapshot 

• Work with key stakeholders (including Consultants, Clients, Vendors and Executives within the organization) to execute on key initiatives associated with customer aquisition, customer experience, and ultimately customer success.

• Collect appropriate data for analyzing client needs, product enhancements and customer success trends

• Make recommendations based on thorough analysis

• Create presentations and business cases to propose customer acquisition and customer success initiatives when necessary

• Manage end-to-end initiative creation and delivery (project plan creation, tracking, adjustment to plans, kick-off meetings, status meetings, documentation, and execution)

• Work with executive stakeholders to ensure effective reporting

• Communicate with cross functional team members to understand and resolve roadblocks, secure timelines, and provide insight into next steps.

• Recommends new approaches and ideas that demonstrates most current and leading edge marketing and customer success techniques

• Measures successes and failures of deployed initiatives

Daily Responsibilities  

• Foster collaboration and accountability through cross functional teams to achieve project milestones
• Drive project initiatives and execute daily standups
• Make informed marketing and customer success recommendations based on data & analytics
• Execute on the customer experience alongside key stakeholders
• Own collecting, interpreting, and transforming data for project needs
• Measuring initiative success

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics and/or project management experience
• Experience with leading indirectly or directly cross functional teams to successfully deploy large scale projects
• Experience creating and executing on marketing plans using data and analytics to make a business case
• Ability to analyze complex data and deliver streamlined information with a creative eye
• Experience using project management tools to track and communicate project status

Must be able to visually interpret written text, prepare written documents, communicate via telephone and use a variety of computer based business applications. Must be able to visually discern the color spectrum. Must be able to visually and audibly discern artifacts & noise in A/V systems.

Desk & Video Work: Office environment, moderate noise levels, comfortable temperature, no extreme conditions.
