Europe Express is looking for a full time system administrator with a help desk focus to join our growing IT Department. We are looking for an IT generalist with a willingness to support systems as well as applications to fill this Level 1-2 position.  As a member of a growing team, you will have opportunities to expand your skills while you manage and maintain a call center and corporate office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create user accounts, deploying devices and keeping desktops running smoothly
• Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation after a ramp-up period
• Prioritize tickets, requests and projects according to business needs
• Help Desk Administration
• Understand and apply company security and support policies

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD
• Office 365 administration in a Hybrid Model
• User Profile and File Server management and security
• Windows 10, Server 2016
• Enterprise Anti-Virus products and security awareness
• Good communication skills
• Ability to accept and provide feedback; eager to learn and is curious
• Enjoy using technology and desire to gain experience
• HTML and CSS knowledge preferred
• High School or College degree

Working Conditions

Duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office environment. Environmental conditions generally include ambient inside temperature, ambient inside lighting and ambient inside low noise levels.  Mobility demands generally include frequent sitting and occasional standing.  Sensory demands generally include keyboarding, computer terminal and telephone operation.
