Europe Express is seeking a creative and technical Graphic Designer to effectively communicate our brand identity and aesthetic through the creation of consumer-facing collateral to support our overall brand objectives, with an emphasis on digital experiences. Designer will work with the marketing and technology team to develop design solutions, including website, email blasts, digital advertising, social media and collateral. This effort will also contain a mix of production and custom work that spans print and direct channels.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce and create digital and print solutions including email templates, digital advertising, flyers, brochures, reports, signage, web page layout and design, infographics
• Collaborate with IT team and stakeholders to ensure consistency of brands visual identity
• Work with marketing strategy, copywriter and sales teams to create cohesive designs that speak to the audience
• Stay current on advances of digital design and communications

• Experience with developing digital communications across multiple channels is required
• Must have marketing automation experience, Pardot preferred
• Candidate must be up to date in Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• UX experience is a plus
• A strong sense of prioritization, communication and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism
• Photography, video skills and productions a plus
• Travel industry experience a plus

Working Conditions

Duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office environment. Environmental conditions generally include ambient inside temperature, ambient inside lighting and ambient inside low noise levels.  Mobility demands generally include frequent sitting and occasional standing.  Sensory demands generally include keyboarding, computer terminal and telephone operation.
