As a UX designer, you’ll be a part of a small, but mighty and passionate design team that facilitates creativity and community. As a member of the design team, you’ll partner with product, engineering and growth to understand problems and goals, translate user flows into friendly interfaces, prototype interactions, and deliver pixel-perfect designs. You must be able to help solve our design challenges and think creatively to engage our users. You should be passionate about experimentation and comfortable trying new things to gain insights about our users. You’ll take every opportunity to inspire our users and add delight to their lives.

What you’ll do:

• Own design challenges end-to-end from concept - to ship - to iterate

• Create wireframes and prototypes to solve difficult UX problems

• Partner with our product team to continuously understand the needs of our customers through user research

• Collaborate with our amazing engineering team to bring your amazing designs to life

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a visual designer who has collaborated across the company from product managers and engineers to marketing teams

• Strong cross-platform design experience (web, iOS, email, social) A creative scientist who loves testing new ideas to gain insights

• Desire to manage multiple projects at once

• A portfolio that shows your high quality, thoughtful branding and UI work

• Outgoing and eager to take on responsibility

• Believes that in design less is more, and that every element is there for a reason
