Darby Smart was co-founded by Nicole Shariat Farb, former Head of Emerging Private Companies in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Karl Mendes, a Senior Software Engineer from Eventbrite.

Darby Smart is hiring a writer to create compelling, inspirational and eye-catching pieces on topics trending in DIY. Darby Smart gives you an opportunity to create exciting content our viewers delight in and  want to share with their friends on social media.  The ideal candidate has an intimate knowledge of DIY and wants to inspire new DIYers to create. Candidates must have experience in digital media, strong photography skills and a deep understanding of SEO and social media. This is a chance to work with a stellar team in the DIY category and help build our future.
