Job Description

As a Group Corporate Communications Associate you provide support to the Group Head of Corporate communications. Your daily responsibilities cover various subjects such as content management, media relations, communication plans and corporate website contents management.

POSITION & OBJECTIVES:

  • helping create, update, and release all written and verbal communications officially issued by the Corporate Communications department on tight deadlines (e.g. press releases, publications, newsletters, brochures, booklets, posters, social media posts);
  • assisting in maintaining web content for the Corporate website;
  • updating databases and media lists;
  • tracking projects impact and media exposure;
  • facilitating effective internal communications;
  • conducting ad-hoc internet research;
  • tracking and documenting all of the department’s work;
  • helping out in with administrative duties. This can involve answering calls, scheduling meetings, gathering materials, helping to organize the hosting of internal and external events, press conferences, media meetings, processing mail and making travel arrangements.

 

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • You have a relevant working experience of +/- 3 years in similar role in an international environment and have been exposed to high level communications managers;
    • Excellent command of the English language, good command of French (written and oral). is a plus;
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer etc.);
    • Pro-activeness;
    • Good attention to detail and natural ability to work accurately;
    • Reliable;
    • Flexible (multi-tasks);
    • Discrete and used to maintain high level of confidentiality;
    • Team player and enjoying work in a team in a high level, international, fast growing environment;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication strength.
