Job Description

The SWAT Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring that the creative needs of our client are delivered on time and meet quality standards as it relates to the Agency SWAT ad system. This includes:

· Maintaining complete status report with all projects assigned and providing updates to the client as needed

· Verifying that project information that has been provided is complete and working with the client to obtain missing or incomplete information

· Cataloging and referencing the most up to date copy of a creative execution

· Trafficking the job through the SWAT system

· Working with an agency studio designer to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of creative work and that brand standards are followed

· Communicating with the clients as required

· Proofing the SWAT creative against proofing standards

· Ensuring that print production standards are met

· Managing the approval process with the client

· Trafficking the final creative materials

Qualifications

Associates, Bachelors or equivalent work experience

Experience in a role that requires significant attention to detail, volume of projects, multiple competing priorities and autonomous work responsibility, in an office setting

Strong communication skills, written and verbal required
