Job Description

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Provide administrative support to senior development and other executives, including timely and accurate completion of correspondence, presentations, collateral, documents, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality as it relates to sensitive corporate issues.
  • Provide administrative support to senior development executives, including creation, editing and proofreading of all collateral, reports and presentations.
  • Maintain electronic files of all prospective clients, existing clients and development projects.
  • Prepare follow-up letters, emails and other supporting materials for prospective clients, existing clients and development projects.
  • Assist in the design of development-related collateral.
  • Prepare comprehensive development reports based on information received from staff.
  • Responsible for making sure all incoming and outgoing correspondence, presentation materials, emails and memorandums are saved and archived on the shared electronic filing system.
  • Maintain prospective client, existing client and other third-parties contact information in Salesforce and other databases.
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls and travel when required.
  • Create and submit expenses for staff.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • 3+ year’s executive assistant experience in an office setting assisting an individual or department
  • A minimum of two years of advanced education at an accredited university or technical school
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to multi‐task while meeting multiple deadlines and adhering to changing priorities.
