Job Description

DNN Team is interested in hiring an in house Corporate Recruiter in San Mateo to start Immediately

  • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability and track record of success of filling a broad range of positions
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • High business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially with employee information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Prior experience working with ATS systems (smart recruiters) and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice Monster, etc.)
  • Work closely with Business and Technology leaders to understand their business strategy and staffing needs
  • Partner with hiring managers for full-cycle recruiting efforts, including identifying capability and knowledge requirements, sourcing a diverse pool of candidates, establishing valid candidate assessment processes and facilitating the offer process
  • Identify candidates through the use of Boolean searches, networking, candidate referrals, web sourcing, ATS database and social networking
  • Achieve exceptional levels of candidate process and management satisfaction
  • Participate in branding DNN as a premium employer of choice
  • Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as a talent consultant to build and deliver best-in-class talent pool
  • Maintain a network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates for DNN's current and future needs

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience recruiting for all levels of an organization, from entry level to Senior Management positions for both technical and non technical positions in Technology, Product Engineering, Sales and Marketing for search firms, agency or in house Corporate, mid size startup mode companies
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, business or related fields
  • Proven ability to develop results-driven recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluation and selection of technical talent
  • Deep knowledge of technical sourcing and recruiting methodologies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
  • Experience recruiting across all areas of Technology including: Full Stack Application Development, Product Engineering/Development.
  • Proven expertise in customer relationship management
  • Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal movement and workforce planning
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
  • Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization (executive, professional, administrative)
  • Ability to be flexible, multi task and handle multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Team-orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
