Job Description

MISSION: The Marketing Manager will drive and connect the customer success, sales, marketing, and services teams with a customer centric mentality to cross-sell and up-sell across Spear products to achieve new lead generation, drive marketing cross-sell strategies focused on campus attendees and drive conversion rate from non-members into a Spear subscription. 

What you will do:

Execute cross-sell marketing strategies to Spear memberships with a focus on converting doctors attending campus events into Spear Practice Solutions

  • Support Campus sales teams with collateral, enablement and marketing support required to drive on-site closes and cross-sell activities to campus attendees 
  • Create, update and maintain collateral to support all campus cross-sell activities

Define and implement sourcing and marketing strategy to drive cross-sells from Campus and subscription memberships to achieve SPS practice starts 

  • Develop and implement marketing plan to fill the top of the funnel with required number of leads and demos to achieve new client starts in Spear Practice Solutions
  • Collaborate with the SPS Sales Manager and Campus CSM to establish pre- and post-demo sales and marketing activities that improve demo conversion rates to 60+% (1on1 demo to CSA) and reduce sales cycle times
  • Work with the Cerec marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive SPS cross-sells 

Work with VP Customer Success and Sales Manager to support execution of cross-sells from various Spear product offerings into Spear Practice Solutions


Define and implement marketing strategy, campaigns and programs to support strong retention of SPS customers

Collaborate with Spear's dental consultants and Director Customer Experience and provide marketing support to define and establish a “red carpet” experience for our doctors attending campus events so they feel special and highly valued

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business with a concentration in marketing. 

5+ years in a Marketing role with progressive responsibility.

Experience in supporting a sales and customer success (retention) team.
