    Provide guidance and strategic insight via financial analysis, reporting and pricing strategy, that drives and supports the entire organization's ability to deliver results above expectations as it pertains to our core competency and strategic priorities to achieve membership, retention, and Campus utilization targets by the end of 2018, while also ensuring a rigorous controls environment that mitigates company risk and preserves required cash flow.

    In this role you will:

    • Lead implementation and tactical actions along with direct leadership to achieve annual revenue and EBITDA targets
    • Lead analytics, proposal development, financial impact modeling and rollout approach for strategic revenue opportunities to drive sustainable annualized revenue increases for both memberships and campus
    • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
    • Establish critical controls and exception monitoring to ensure company wide conformance to budget expectations and execution against new opportunities
    • Provide insightful analysis of key business drivers and communicate relevant financial metrics common to a high growth, SaaS organization that is organized succinctly for reporting to multiple constituencies including company Executives, Board, investors, and lenders
    • Lead regular monthly and quarterly financial reporting (internal and external including assisting with credit agreement covenant compliance reporting)
    • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies, expand synergies across functions and understand ROI in marketing programs, pricing, new initiative rollouts as well as new projects
    • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
    • Establish culture across entire team which clearly exhibits a bias for execution with clear understanding of associated KPIs supported with rigorous consistency of 1-1 cadence to remove blockers and ensure proper prioritization communication

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of progressive experience in a financial or accounting related capacity of diverse financial management experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial analysis.
    • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or business analytics required, MBA preferred.
    • Demonstrated strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
    • Proven record delivering solutions that improve the profitability of business.
    • Extremely proficient in excel with a focus on database and pivot table functionality; knowledge of other Microsoft office products, including proficiency in making PowerPoint presentations.

    Other Skills and Abilities:

    • Easily gains trust and buy-in of peers within and outside of their department and skilled at gaining cooperation and common accountability.
    • Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, directs and senior leadership.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (ie Tableau) and Business Intelligence solutions
    • Able to work independently and in a group setting
    • Self-starter and be able to work with minimal guidance
