Job Description

The Account Management team holds a pretty important role. They’re the head of client accounts, drivers of change, solution-oriented thinkers, advisers to clients on all things business strategy, and the ones who rally LT'ers to think bigger, do better, and achieve more.

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strategic relationship with clients and serve as a business consultant
  • Effectively execute strategies, problem-solve, and develop solid business relationships
  • Client advocate - must know the problem we are trying to solve and why are we doing this for the client
  • Uncover opportunities to drive growth through customer satisfaction & revenue
  • Be able to produce a set goal of new business per year from existing clients
  • Review and analyze client-facing reports
  • Translate wins, opportunities, and objectives to clients
  • Monitor and present new and upcoming marketing trends to clients
  • Communicate effectively and frequently with clients
  • Day-to-day communication with client for strategic and new opportunities
  • Ensure account success and adjust account accordingly to accommodate for changing environments
  • Provide clear client feedback to internal teams
  • Rally internal teams to create strategic recommendations and bring new ideas to the table
  • Develop, manage, and pursue SOWs, change orders, and amendments
  • Identify new client requests and opportunities, engage Project Management team and shape the request based on available service
  • Initiate client and new business kickoff meetings (internal & external)
  • Makes decisions on budget allocation and required scope (subject to realities and estimates provided by the Project Manager)
  • Monitor client satisfaction, identify emerging issues and escalate internally

Qualifications

Required Experience and skills:

  • Mix of agency and in-house or client-side experience
  • 6+ years digital marketing, strategy or account management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Willingness to aggressively take on new responsibilities
  • Integrity, independence, and a desire to apply your skills
  • Ability to represent and promote LT and demonstrate value added service to clients
  • Experience with, and up-to-date knowledge of, the entire digital spectrum, including website and mobile design and development, social media, paid media, and search engine optimization
  • Proven ability to navigate and lead large brands and organizations
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects and/or accounts at once
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff, and the management team
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school
