• Work in a team determined to deliver great applications and complex distributed services
• Spend most of your time hands-on as a senior developer building great Java applications
• As the team lead you will:
  • Support your team and maintain a high bar for development and quality
  • Manage the development team within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Develop the team by mentoring and capability/skill development
  • Grow as a people's manager and a leader
  • Be part of the Unit management team and implement business long term priorities and goals

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED?

• Deep understanding of large distributed and online systems
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 4 years of software development background in Java, object-oriented programming, distributed systems, Java, Linux/UNIX and SQL
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
