Job Description

Spear Education is hiring Marketing Coordinators who will support Product Marketing by driving voice for our customers. The Marketing Coordinator will champion campaign analysis and optimization. The position is ideal for someone who is looking to grow their career within a Marketing capacity and wear many hats to generate external branding initiatives. The position will require someone with analytical skillsets, drive new sales, support existing customers, and a project leader who supports solutions.


Role Snapshot

2000 new SO members through direct marketing channels
•    Maintain rolling 120 days forward facing SO marketing plan
•    Ensure that plan is appropriately adjusted based on lead generation needs and available resources
•    Collaborate with marketing production to ensure Sprints are planned and backlog is groomed
•    Ensure SO marketing plans align with other new business customer acquisition
•    Work to input marketing requests and track progress of the creation of marketing campaigns
•    Ensure that communication with other areas of marketing and sales is well documented, up to date and accurate
•    Define and propose solutions to impact lead generations for our sales team
•    At the direction of VP of marketing directly create emails or workflows or to support sales representatives
•    Assist in tracking campaign results by gathering data collected from various appropriate places

Oversee and document marketing deployments for new business campaigns
•    Collaborate with marketing production to ensure campaigns are executed correctly
•    Work to document and maintain marketing plans to ensure that deployments occur on time and in conjunction with other activities
•    Collaborate with sales to ensure feedback on campaigns is documented and sales is provided notice


Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience within a marketing analysis capacity using excel, data tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (Marketo, Salesforce.com, Hubspot, etc.)
• Must have excellent attention to detail and proficiency with written grammar ability (you will be asked to provide a writing sample if selected to interview)
• Experience managing a marketing campaign lifecycle
• Strong communication skills to provide status updates, roadblocks, and generate collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Communication related degree

Mostly sedentary position, normal bending, stooping and lifting required. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while filming. Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted. Must be able to visually interpret written text, prepare written documents, communicate via telephone and use a variety of computer based business applications. Must be able to visually discern the color spectrum. Must be able to visually and audibly discern artifacts & noise in A/V systems.

Desk & Video Work: Office environment, moderate noise levels, comfortable temperature, no extreme conditions.
