Job Description

We are looking for a skilled outbound Sales Representative to assist with our Campus Sales team that is driven not only by the team’s monthly goals, but also by delivering outstanding customer service to members each and every day. The Campus Outbound Sales Representative contacts new prospects to generate and close new and existing customers for workshops, seminars, and lectures. The role will require someone with excellent phone skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and great rapport building with Spear clients. This candidate should love helping people and talking about Campus offerings.

Role Snapshot
• Contacting prospective customers who are interested in attending workshops, lectures, and seminars by building value about Spear offerings
• Proactively closing new leads on Campus offerings while providing excellent customer service for new customers
• Receive and respond to inquiries generated from outside marketing sources, existing customer referrals, and referrals obtained from our existing business partners
• Make consistent follow up outbound calls to prospects about current membership offerings and services
• Work with your team to meet monthly sales, revenue and product goals

Daily Responsibilities 
• Making outbound calls to prospective customers for CEREC workshops and/or cerecdoctors.com memberships
• Follow up with new leads on potential customers
• Partner with prospective new customers to align needs with appropriate workshops and cerecdoctors.com subscriptions
• Must be comfortable making outbound calls and building quick rapport with potential clients 

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a outbound sales capacity with emphasis in new business metrics
• Must be proficient in general office computer applications including MS Windows, MS Office Professional (including Outlook, Excel & Word)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be comfortable with computer systems and be able to learn and adapt quickly to new software.
• Must have experience with and the use of a CRM
• Familiarity with NetSuite or Meeting Room Manager would be helpful but not required.
• Must have the ability to problem solve effectively and handle emotionally charged situations with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities

Mostly sedentary position, normal bending, stooping and lifting required. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while filming. Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted. Must be able to visually interpret written text, prepare written documents, communicate via telephone and use a variety of computer based business applications. Must be able to visually discern the color spectrum. Must be able to visually and audibly discern artifacts & noise in A/V systems.

Work Environment
Desk & Video Work: Office environment, moderate noise levels, comfortable temperature, no extreme conditions.
