Job Description
The Enterprise Architect will enable a seamlessly integrated digital experience for customers by connecting people, process & technology into a future state enterprise technology road map.
Role Expectations:
1. Document and Improve our view of our back-office business processes and underlying
technology enablers.
- Document underlying business processes and technologies supported by
NetSuite and systems it integrates with. Identify all person/person, person/system
and system/system touch points by end of 17Q4. - Identify and communicate opportunities to improve BPs with automation,
increasing efficiency of internal staff, and reducing the amount of commodity
tasks they need to perform by January 31, 2018 - Work with VP Product Technology and VP Information Technology to create a
gap closure plan and execute on opportunities by February 2018. - Ensure all transactional data integration approaches are appropriate, timely and
avoid data duplication by establishing Systems of Record, Systems of Reference
and Channel enablers.
2. Improve the digitization of Spear products through full lifecycle
- Partner with VP Marketing and VPs of Customer Success to document customer
interactions from early marketing touches through the sales and renewal
processes. - Work with VPs Customer Success to automate interactions using digital tools,
marketing automation, customer success platform as well as emerging
technologies such as ML, VUI, etc. - Achieve channel liquidity by migrating workflow activity from channels and people
to standardized services and provide channel integration with workflows, as well
as by enabling a customer-centric communication framework across all products
and services

Standardize and Rationalize Enterprise Technology Tools to enable a compliant digital workplace, increasing the efficiency of customer-facing and back-office staff to focus on customer retention.
- Rationalize storage solutions that support employees and products
- Rationalize Enterprise Identity Management (EIM), integrating the fewest solutions possible to enable federated identity and centralize access control for proper governance capabilities.
- Assess adherence to PCI and HIPAA standards at the technology level,
improving role-based access control (RBAC), access governance and overall
information standards to achieve full PCI and HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferred
5+ years in architect role
