In 2017 we launched franchises in Cape Town, South Africa and Reykjavik, Iceland, and licensed our brand in Rio, Brazil. Then in July of last year, we launched in NYC which drew major media coverage as well as partnerships with Whole Foods, Shake Shack, JetBlue, and far-reaching support from celebrity chefs.

Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, our Head of Sales will be responsible for strategically increasing market penetration and managing our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, engage, and empower a high-growth field sales team
  • Increase market penetration across all Northeast territories and beyond by developing a sales strategy that will meet volume projections and distribution goals
  • Oversee sales into strategic accounts, but be willing to roll up your sleeves and support front-line sales as needed
  • Bring the numbers to life with critical sales reporting & analysis for leadership on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
  • Lead monthly sales meetings, recapping performance and clearly outlining upcoming monthly and quarterly sales initiatives in a measurable, digestible format
  • Support and inform marketing initiatives in collaboration with field sales team
