Job Description

We’re currently seeking a Junior Account Manager to work closely with our sales, content, and media teams to ensure we exceed the expectations of each client.  Through knowledge gained, you’ll manage the post-sale process from kick-off call to renewal with a goal of helping our sponsors use our video and platform to drive awareness, traffic and sales.

  • Client kick-off call: align everyone on goals, metrics and timeline for deliverables on both sides.

  • Post-sale production process: finalize creative brief, gather assets, manage revisions with our content team, and keep the client on track to meet deadlines

  • Run the campaign: make sure our media team has necessary assets and timeline for launch, create campaign reports, monitor video performance, and make recommendations to the client to improve performance.

  • Support the renewal: create the campaign summary, generate ideas to grow the business, support the salesperson in the renewal meeting.

Qualifications

 

  • Analytical; Excel is your BFF

  • 1+ year account management experience in media or marketing services

  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and known for your organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communicator

  • Multi-tasking and problem solving are your specialties

  • No task is ever too small, and you’ll do whatever it takes to make your clients happy

  • Thrive in an environment where no two days are the same

  • Innate passion to learn something new, every day

  • Ability to work confidently, both independently and in a team

  • Prior startup experience a plus

  • Passionate about beauty, DIY or Food
