Part-time Position

As our Customer Concierge, you will be responsible for the first impression of Native Edge Landscape. This position will answer the phones for Native Edge Landscape. 

Some of your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Sharing the duties of answering phones and processing new leads in NEL system.. 
• Sharing the duties of answering phones for Rodney Lee Brands. 
• Processing all inquiries via online sources for social medias, website chats, etc for all Rodney Lee Brands companies. 
• Maintaining a tidy and neat office experience for customers & in-office meetings.
• Picking up office supplies and other errands as needed.
• Completing various tasks assigned daily.
• Assisting with various projects as needed.
• Watering office plants
• Stocking office with materials (paper products, printing paper, etc.)
