Job Description

The ALICE Training Institute is looking for a talented and competitive person that is seeking to advance their career and whom thrives in a positive, fast-paced environment.   The Marketing Coordinator functions as the department’s administrative support; coordinating meetings, logistics, and serving as a liaison for clients. Implement new content marketing and nurture campaigns, social media campaigns; work with subject-matter experts to develop new content, and reporting on marketing efforts.  Maintains promotional materials inventory and assists in the planning of meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.

·        Develop a working knowledge of all ALICE Training Institute programs, products, and initiatives

·        Implement content plan and assist in developing content for nurture campaigns, content marketing, and sales collateral

·        Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with marketing department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt 

·        Plans meetings, training sessions and trade shows by identifying, assembling, coordinating and shipping requirements. Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics including event production through booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination and premium ordering.

·        Develop and implement social media campaigns.

·        Maintain and improve quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures

·        Ensure continued effectiveness and growth of assigned Marketing programs and consistently evaluate and report on progress.

·        Provide messaging and content to support Class Expansion, Sales, and Customer Success departments.

·        Assist with completing appropriate reporting on all relevant Marketing programs during the month-end process. Ensure all reporting is completed within the required time frame.

·        Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments 

·        Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports

·        Outside travel is not required in this position

Qualifications

·        BA/BS degree or equivalent work history.

·        Results-driven, self-starter, persistent, highly motivated to increase earnings despite rejection

·        Previous experience with Salesforce a plus

·        Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

·        Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to use data to inform decisions and problem solve.

·        Knowledge and understanding of key marketing principles and best practices.

·        Experience with and/or working knowledge of marketing research practices.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Experience with social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

·        Experience with Marketing Automation is a plus.

·        The ability to work effectively across functions and departments.

·        Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects and changing priorities.

·        A high degree of creativity and the ability to thrive and work in a fast pace, dynamic team environment with a high degree of independent thinking and self-responsibility.
