Our client is a leading MNC in aerospace, defence and security.

One of their Business Units, specialized in low to medium power gas turbines for helicopters, is recruiting a Business Development Manager for the APAC region.

The position is based in Singapore.

Mission:

Within the Business Development Department, the candidate selected will manage a team of 5 persons and follow-up main business opportunities in South East Asia and India Sub-continent region.

Responsabilities

Business Development

• Manage Leasing companies and helicopter companies accounts
• Close follow on Business opportunities in the region
• Support sales team on major tenders in the region
• Close collaboration with OEM on aircraft and engine support promotion
• Define innovative solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Define, implement and monitor the local strategy
• Analyze and understand the main drivers of the helicopter industry
• Close collaboration with corporate office

Management

• Supervision of the CRM internal tool
• Supervision of the internal and external communication projects

• Master Degree in Business with a previous significant experience in Business Development role
• 10 years of experience in the helicopter or aircrafts
• Independent & structured, team player with very strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Experience with all MS office applications
• Creative and team player spirit
• Keen attention to detail, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize & execute on a plan.
• Open to travel 30% of the time.
