Job Description

$50k base + $75-$100kvariable= $125-$150k annually (based on performance)

The Sr. Account Manager will help achieve leader retention rates of 90% by YE 2018 by proactively managing member expectations and goals. Ensure all leaders are onboarded while continuing to add members to existing groups. Exhibit exceptional sales skills by driving seminar bundling and ensure seminar registration. 

Role Overview

  • Achieve retention rate of 90% by YE 2018 by proactively managing member expectations and goals.
  • Maintain strong relationship with club leaders to understand their goals and deliver it to them to ensure club success 
  • Partner with Account Managers to effectively manage the club leaders’ and club’s lifecycle and journey with Spear post sale to ensure great customer satisfaction
  • Monitor NPS and leader/club engagement metrics throughout the club’s journey 
  • Implement renewal process renewal date minus 90 days to renewal date
  • Manage a proactive and effective renewal process with regular touch points
  • Implement pricing strategies to increase price per month
  • Participate in person for every campus event, and leverage this as an opportunity to manage touch points
  • Attend our annual Spear Summit, and leverage this as an opportunity to manage touch points.
  • Leverage relationships with leaders to add members to clubs during the club year and at the time of renewal

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but equivalent skills and previous work experience of equivalent levels would also be acceptable.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in an account management or full cycle sales role at a company with multiple membership/subscription based product offerings. This is not a transactional customer service role. You own the customer throughout their journey.
  • 5 years' sales experience
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office Professional (including Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Prior experience with a CRM system
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or Meeting Room Manager preferred
  • Track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets
  • Unbeatable listening, verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong phone and relationship building skills (50% phone/50% face to face)
