Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will formalize and lead Spear's product competencies with the objective of creating solutions for clients in line with a designated retention rate and new member add.

Role Overview

Iterate and evolve existing components of the Spear product ecosystem to build a sustainable product capable of attracting new members and 90% retention.

  • Work with content providers and stakeholders to ensure that remaining campus courses are project managed to hit deadlines and executed
  • Take control of and complete execution for current road-map items
  • Work with development and net-suite teams to integrate current masters tool into existing data architecture
Work in collaboration with VP of Marketing and Sr Customer Success Marketing Manager to develop a product marketing strategy and cadence for feature releases resulting in current members engaging with new features and and new customers from each release.
  • Create clear process and cadence for rolling out new content and features to the Study Club members
  • Collaborate with customer success to build journey for and develop specific marketing materials to support doctor and staff touch points identified in the Study Club first, second year and third year customer journey. 
  • Ensure that Study Club go to market plans work to enhance the customer journey
Create new and more efficient organizational meeting invite and follow up system 
  • Evaluate current system to determine needs
  • Build an iterative project plan to begin driving higher org meeting attendance and quicker close 
  • Integrate automated omni channel communication to ensure rep productivity increases
  • Provide alternative strategies where appropriate to achieve company goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing, development, sales, or product management experience.
  • Tech savvy and passionate about building products.
  • Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack, JIRA, Aha and Salesforce.
  • Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.
  • Experience with best practice agile scrum development and lean startup principles.
  • Curious and comfortable holding professional conversations with our target buyers and users.
  • Must be a strong writer and public speaker in front of large, senior groups.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
  • Subject matter expert/industry experience a strong plus.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC) III or higher, preferred
