Job Description

The part-time or full-time Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the development of an HR Generalist and HR Specialist to best cultivate their knowledge, skills, and abilities.


The Consultant will also partner with the team on:


 Complex employee relations matters
 Leaves of Absences
 Transitioning from a self-insured to a fully-insured model
 Open Enrollment
 Change management regarding an upcoming office move
 HR strategies to continue maximizing technology and resources
 Compliance
 Other HR initiatives as they arise

Qualifications


   BA + PHR/SPHR Certification or equivalent course work through Society for Human Resource Management or other specialized HR education is preferred
 Minimum 5 years’ HR leadership experience
 5 years’ supervisory experience
 Expert knowledge of federal, state and local legislation regarding employment
