Responsible for answering incoming calls and transferring those calls to correct department or person. Also, responsible for paging providers through Unicom during the hours of 8AM-5PM

EDUCATION: High school diploma.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year experience in switchboard operations, preferably in health care setting.

SKILLS: The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills as well as computer and typing skills
