Our client is a major actor for the protection of resources and water management all over the world.

They are looking for their Project Engineer to be based in Singapore.

Job location: Tiong Bahru

The project:

You will be part of one project which aims at collecting, analysing and ultimately optimising the water consumption and bills in the HDB estate.  

You will be responsible of the deployment and MRO of the advanced metering infrastructure and of maintaining quality of service.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Study of the current operation of network and discussion with PUB Water Supply (Network) Department

• Monitoring the sub-contractors for deployment and MRO (tender, contract, follow-up)

• Elaboration of dashboards/reports for the Water Supply Department on the demonstrator deployment and system performance

• Handle the relationship with the Meter Department of PUB

• Investigation of the use of hourly consumption for possible improvement of the water network management

• Water Network Management / Telecommunication background
• Able to understand machine-to-machine technologies (m2m solutions), if possible in utilities field
• Experience in managing subcontractors on site and monitoring electricians or plumbers
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Someone autonomous and independent 
• Ready to work in a startup environment
