Darby Smart was co-founded by Nicole Shariat Farb, former Head of Emerging Private Companies in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Karl Mendes, a Senior Software Engineer from Eventbrite.

What You'll Do
You’ll develop partnerships across social, digital, and traditional platforms to deliver our incredible video content to a massive audience. You’ll work autonomously, identifying and executing on opportunities that drive viewership and audience growth.

Who You Are
Experienced in developing and negotiating distribution opportunities from start to finish
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external clients and develop/maintain strong client relationships
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present insights
Excited about working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
