Job Description

Member Success Advisor works to ensure that members of the CEREC Mentor Group are engaged in the all the products offered to them in their subscription.

ROLE SUMMARY:
• Make outbound calls to new members to make sure they are properly introduced to the CMG menu of benefits
• Add the doctor’s staff to the platform
• Register the doctors for their free onsite and offsite programs
• Make outbound calls to current members to ensure their engagement is at its fullest
• Register mentors for all campus courses
• Call members when their membership is up for renewal to obtain payment information
• Enter all renewal orders

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Making outbound calls to current members to continue establishing rapport and follow up on questions
• Sending emails to current members to follow up on questions or ensure customer satisifcation
• Engage current members with upselling accounts and tailor customer needs as appropriately
• Sending out materials (shirts, badges, and CMG marketing material)
• Working through problems and irregularities that arise from conducting renewal activities
• Keep the CEA aware of any issues that are potentially affecting the client’s retention propability
• Will occasionally be required to travel to a yearly event
• Will suggest other Spear products or offerings as appropriate.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
• 1-3 years experience in a telephone sales or sales support capacity
• Must be proficient in general office computer applications including MS Windows, MS Office Professional (including Outlook, Excel & Word)
• Must be comfortable with computer systems and be able to learn and adapt quickly to new software.
• Must have experience with and the use of a CRM (preferably NetSuite)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Mostly sedentary position, normal bending, stooping and lifting required. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while filming. Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted. Must be able to visually interpret written text, prepare written documents, communicate via telephone and use a variety of computer based business applications. Must be able to visually discern the color spectrum. Must be able to visually and audibly discern artifacts & noise in A/V systems.


Work Environment
Desk & Video Work: Office environment, moderate noise levels, comfortable temperature, no extreme conditions.
