Job Description

Create and curate dental industry and Spear Philosophy content to support our clients' education on Spear best practices, as told through the voice our executive speakers. Through exceptional content, support our clients through the day-to-day implementation of what we teach so that we can help them have even more material impact on improving the quality of care.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Generate content for focused groups of dental specialists and general practitioners
  • Ghost writing articles, blogs, presentations, white papers, and other media, on behalf of our executives
  • Editing content for tone, voice, style, and clarity

Create partnerships with executives and key Spear stakeholders to produce the best industry content possible

  • Commit to researching, understanding and total immersion into the dental industry
  • Interpret feedback from various stakeholders and make changes accordingly

Drive Content Strategy for various engagements to support our executives

  • Content Strategy - Creation and Implementation (3-6 month plan)
  • Content Curation Cycle - Able to use a Pillar piece (long form) to create articles, slide shares, blogs, social posts etc. to maximize the original content piece created

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years content creation/curation
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Professional Services Industry experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

Additional Information

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Office environment, normal noise levels, comfortable temperature, no extreme conditions.
  • Professional attire required.
  • A personal vehicle is necessary for this position as excursions to local vendors will be required on a regular basis (lunch runs, trips to bank or offsite meetings)
