R.O. Anderson Engineering, Inc. is a multidisciplinary consulting firm, specializing in civil engineering, hydrology and hydraulics, water resources, surveying, land use and environmental planning, hazard mitigation planning, landscape architecture and residential design. The firm maintains offices in Minden, Nevada and Reno, Nevada. This full-time position will work from our Minden, Nevada office. 

We are seeking a Residential Designer to become a part of our team! You will plan and design residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:

Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the client
Prepare construction documentation, including working drawings and specifications
Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation
 

Previous experience in architectural/residential design is desirable
Ability to be licensed as a Nevada Architect or Residential Designer is desirable
Experienced AutoCad User
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
