The Events & Promotions Team Leader oversees his/her designated Events and Promotions Team with the aim to generate qualified tours through package sales, or leads in accordance with the budget. The Events & Promotions Team Leader manages E&P staff and identifies, along with other Marketing Management, appropriate venues and events to build the E&P location schedule in line with qualified tour targets.

·        Effective delivery of quality training and coaching to current and new E&P staff

·        Successful hiring and retention of quality employees to the E&P staff

·        Display personal motivation and effort to assist in the smooth operations of all promotional events

·        Demonstrate willingness to seek new knowledge in the forms of management skills, motivating employees, morale building and sales techniques

·        Treat all company staff and external contacts courteously and respectfully to assist in maintaining a positive company image both within the company and in the public domain

·        Achieve specific weekly tour/ lead and package goals as required in your areas budget

·        Manage and maintain monthly Performance Management Program on each Events & Promotions team member

·        Achieve specific monthly qualified leads generation target as required in your areas budget
