Job Summary

Provide onsite support to the Sales and Customer Support team, assisting with equipment inventory and operational and needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer property control program to ensure accountability of Government Furnished Equipment and other company property in accordance with government regulations and corporate policy
• Maintain accountability records, prepare required government reports, conduct periodic property audits, and coordinate disposition activities
• Implement and enforce proper control and accountability of COMSEC material to include safeguarding, receipt, custody, dispatch, storage, inventory, and destruction
• Maintain effective relationships with Contracts, Procurement, Accounting, Operations, Security, and Program Management to support ongoing activities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent organization skills
• SATCOM knowledge preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Work as part of a team to accomplish common goals

Credentials and Experience

• At least 5 years experience in a property administrator role
• Experience handling COMSEC material required
• SATCOM operator experience preferred

Special Requirements 

• Limited travel may be required (<20%)
  
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Must have the physical flexibility to kneel, squat, and bend
