Job Description

Twine is a growing company and this is a significant opportunity for professional, hands on learning, growth and upward mobility within the Sales team.

As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for all new prospects to discuss Twine’s innovative product and services. You will be a critical component of the Twine sales organization, and instrumental in helping drive conversations with new prospects, qualifying those eligible into the sales pipeline enabling the growth required for the team’s success, and continually generating the data and feedback necessary to further refine our early stage and growing sales organization.

In this role you will:

  • Create new revenue opportunities for sales by educating both our inbound leads and cold prospects about new ways to innovate their current methods of providing care, and how Twine supports this shift.

  • Conduct a blend of value and volume based (40-60 emails, calls, other touches per day) prospecting to generate and qualify conversations with both inbound and cold prospects.

  • Qualify prospects’ needs to appropriately map to Twine’s value proposition.

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new prospects to book meetings with, and drive into the sales and marketing funnel.

  • Become a Twine Product expert while developing a mastery of the healthcare markets we serve.

  • Aid in building and managing full cycle sales processes for smaller sized opportunities.

  • Consistently achieve (and exceed!) monthly quotas and goals.

  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times to represent Twine in the most positive light.

Qualifications

You must have:

  • Proven track record of business development success and goal achievement.

  • 1-3 years of related experience, Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability and willingness to “jump right in.”

  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within Twine, our prospects and customers. Proven ability to develop and foster strong relationships.

  • Communication (verbal and written) and listening skills, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced, and fun environment.

  • Strong intellect, and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new ways of operating.

  • Passion and strong sense of self motivation!


Not “must haves” but a plus:

  • Prior startup experience, especially in disruptive healthcare technology.

  • Knowledge of healthcare and wellness organizations.

  • Minimal closing experience in SaaS or software organization.

  • Experience developing and executing drip nurturing campaigns across a variety of prospect fits.
