Purchasing & Logistics Area North Europe is currently looking for an Administration Trainee for two months contract to be based in Kaunas office. As an Administration Trainee at Purchasing & Logistics Area North Europe you will be responsible for supporting Office Administrator in her daily tasks.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/documents/invoices.
  • Ensure timely ordering of needed office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with office routines.
  • Support co-workers on daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Any working experience is valued.
  • Ability to work both in team and independently.
