Job Description

CoEnterprise is seeking a Project Manager to work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications, and information technology. The Project Manager be responsible for projects’ budget, stewardship of team members, and monitoring and reporting status. Typical projects are 1-3 consultants in size.

This candidate will:

  • Work collaboratively with employees and clients, be a vocal and proactive team member, and lead our teams and clients to successful project delivery
  • Be responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, requirements, design, build, test and deployment
  • Facilitate project meetings
  • Manage project budgets
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and work to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure timely completion of high quality and thoroughly documented deliverables
  • Report regularly on the status of projects
  • Coordinate transition from professional services to managed services at the completion of projects

Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in a management consulting environment

· Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or related field

· Adaptable self- starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments

· Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills

· Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in process improvement

· Ability to quickly learn new technology concepts and acumen

· Demonstrable competency anticipating problems and complications, and formulating solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project

· Knowledgeable in related technology areas including: Unix and Linux based application systems, databases, SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies

· Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels

· Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project

· Management consulting experience preferred
