Job Description

Community Management interns will work directly with the community team to help manage and grow Her Campus’s Chapter Network and Campus Trendsetters. Interns will support the team in brainstorming ways to grow and manage these communities, editing content, developing strategies for recruiting new chapters and Trendsetters, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, analyzing chapter performance, and developing community resources. Interns may also have the opportunity to be involved with client campaigns, Her Conference programming, alumni network management and the InfluenceHer Collective.

Qualifications

  • Current college undergraduate

  • Strong communication, organization and strategic thinking skills

  • Working Knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms

  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient and creative work ethic

  • Passionate about Her Campus Mission

  • Interest in management, community building, marketing, editing, event planning and project management.

Previous leadership experience and involvement in Her Campus’s Chapter Network and/or Campus Trendsetters is preferred.

Internships are available to current college students each semester (fall, spring, and summer) on a full-time or part-time basis both in our Boston office and remotely (unless otherwise specified). Interns are eligible for a stipend pending internship location. Academic credit is available and required for all interns regardless of location.
