Job Description

· Interact closely with customers and be responsible for ultimate customer satisfaction

· Ensure timely and accurate responses to all customer inquiries about products, systems, and services

· Provide technical support to regional offices and sales teams

· Develop long-term relationships with key customers, partners and suppliers

· Handle multiple tender bids and projects simultaneouslytaking in charge the technical architecture and specifications

· Conduct presentations, trainings, and site surveys (Overseas travel is required)

· Prepare job costing and project management to meet scheduled datelines

· Work with commercial team to develop new business, expand existing businesses, and grow target markets to meet annual revenue plans

· Participate in any other projects assigned by the Regional Sales Director

· Ensure 1st level diagnosis


Qualifications

· Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

· 5 years of relevant experience in engineering/technical capacity including project management and system design

· Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English

· Experience project customer support, or business development role in the aerospace or marine industry will be an advantage

· Candidates may also be considered for Manager position based on education level and working experience
