-Provides engineering and design in support of the client on the following:

     -Vbrick DME

      -Vbrick 9000 series h.264 encoders

      -Vbrick VEMS web portal

      -Vbrick RMS

-Perform analysis of issues and drives problems to resolution with minimal supervision.

-Create and update technical documents regarding best practices for solution management.

-Interfacing with executive team

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

-Advanced understanding of :

      -Video codecs

      -Video network transports

      -Network protocols

      -Unicast vs Multicast  

-Troubleshooting skills  

-Ability to coordinate and mediate with multiple organizations to troubleshoot.  

-Must possess strong communication skills with ability to translate technical lingo into management speak. 

-Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work well under pressure in a high visibility role.

-Ability to perform in a structured change management environment.

-Ability to provide strategic forethought and knowledge in video distribution and planning.

-Must be able to obtain Public Trust with financial background check.

Desired Experience/Certifications/Abilities:

 -Experience with a Federal agency (or similar culture) 

 -CTS and/or Vbrick certification

Education and/or Experience:

-BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
