We are searching for our next super star who has had extensive experience in enterprise applications!  This is a full time position a part of the senior team.   

• This leader will be responsible for developing Change Management process in conjunction with the Business Technology Partner. 
• Ensure systems availability and performance is in line with agreed service levels.
• Pro-actively monitor volumes ensuring capacity does not impinge on systems performance.
• Manage incidents to minimize service disruption; where work-around solutions are required ensure the cost of workarounds is acceptable to the business.  
• Development of applications enhancements as per agreed priorities, meeting cost, schedule and quality requirements.   
• Act as technical lead for critical application development projects.

Essential Qualifications:

• Pragmatic, results driven attitude
• 10+ years technology experience.
• 5+ years in leading an application development or support team.
• 5+ years working with J2EE enterprise application.
• Employed in successful consulting or relevant technical leadership role/s.
• Demonstrated continuing commitment to personal and professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; including the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels and trust others.
• Strong initiative and resilience to maintain drive in an environment that is rapidly evolving and changing constantly.
• Problem solving, critical thinking and risk-weighted analysis.
• Dedication to delivering outstanding service – commitment to deliver outcomes in an ambiguous environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related major.
• Extensive experience in applications development, maintenance and support roles.
• Experience setting and managing team budgets.
• Experience in IT change management.
• Strong Agile/Iterative development model experience.
