Job Description

Christian Brothers High School is seeking an enthusiastic, mission-driven individual to serve as the Director of Admissions and Marketing    The primary responsibility of the Director is to lead the creation and completion of a marketing and enrollment plan in a collaborative manner. 

 

The Director plays an important role in developing, creating, and implementing a well-planned, strategic marketing and admissions program for prospective students and families.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who is creative, innovative, and strategic in their decision making.  The candidate must have a proven record of working with people from diverse backgrounds, while serving in a collaborative environment.  

·       Create content for the school website, social media, email campaigns, and print

·       Write school news stories, features, and profiles for multiple audiences

·       Cultivate and nurture relationships with key leaders in partner schools

·       Represent CBHS at various off-campus events

·       Develop relationships with community organizations, churches, businesses, etc..

·       Plan and execute prospective student campus visits

·       Organize the administration of placement tests

·       Make final admission/academic scholarship recommendations to President

·       Serve on the financial aid committee

·       Collaborate with counseling staff in the on-boarding process of newly enrolled students

·       Moderate the Student Ambassador program

 

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Previous experience in marketing, sales, communications, admissions, and/or public relations is essential in this role.

Additional Information

The position will have the support of the Assistant Director of Admission.
