As a Hospitality Implementation Specialist, you will be part of a team that’s transforming the way restaurants operate. You will be an integral part of the install process, ensuring that the system is set up correctly and that staff are properly trained. Using an empathetic and consultative approach, you will build relationships with restaurateurs and troubleshoot problems on the spot. With mentorship and training, you will quickly become a product expert.
Position:
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and networking devices
• Conduct restaurant operation consultation sessions with owners and chefs to configure the POS appropriately
• Run training sessions with front of house, back of house and restaurant management
• Maintain and document implementation plans and network diagrams
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present in front of customers
• 1-3 years of restaurant industry experience highly desired
• Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware
• Adaptability, strong work ethic, and professionalism during challenging situations
• Flexibility with hours and ability to work weekends as needed
• Travel required within your local area (could include up to 25% - 50% US travel)
