• Manage the general ledger
• Prepare financial reports by compiling information
• Preparing profit and loss statements
• Implementing accounting control procedures 
• Schedule and prepare checks for vendors and sub-contractors
• Reconcile corporate credit cards
• Process W-9s and 1099s
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations and reporting
• Process multi-state sales tax
• Assist managing the general ledger
• Assist in month end close by 5th business day
• Payroll support (ADP experience helpful)
• Reconcile bank accounts and other related accounts
• other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
• Five years minimum of accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• Quickbooks experience is a plus
• Previous experience working in construction industry a plus
• Understanding automated systems and working with systems analysts is a plus
