Our client, a leading Gas Producing and Retailing Company in Singapore, iss looking for their Finance Executive.

• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis for project costs
• Prepare monthly project divisions cost centre reports for cost control
• Prepare budgetary inputs in SAP and assist in budgetary control
• Involve as Finance representative in system testing and implementation of project related modules
• Administer and maintain project controlling structure (FICO) in SAP
• Act as Finance person in periodic audit of inventories/assets and ensure the sub-ledger accounts reconcile to general ledger
• Prepare journal entries in general ledger where required for project accruals
• Ensure project costs documents for cost recovery is complete and comply with authority requirements
• Assist in liaising with project team and attend to project related queries
• Involve in extraction and data analysis of projects costs where required by management or authorities
• Assist in project cash flow forecasts, funding an insurance matters
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks when required

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP system is preferred
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Excel and Power Point
• Team player, meticulous and able to work under pressure
