We are looking for a Product Owner to join our high performing development organization. You’ll be a member of the Scrum Team, responsible for a product that is experiencing high growth and that is defining new boundaries to what can be achieved in terms of client-side security.

You will interface with the CTO, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams to define the best Product Strategy. You’ll own and prioritize the Team/Sprint backlog and will be responsible for defining clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.

As PO, you should be highly available to the development team during sprints in order to answer real time questions and provide clarity to user stories. You should also drive user story refinement activities ensuring Team backlog contains 2 sprints worth of 'ready' work for the development team. 

You’ll assist the PM team in the Product Roadmap management process, to guide our development teams to maximize the product value, guaranteeing on-time delivery, with the desired quality.

This product is used by very large and renowned international organizations, which requires frequent interactions with top tier engineering teams. Knowledge of engineering best practices and English fluency is required.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years working in a similar function
• 3+ years experience working in Software Development, with a strong emphasis on Web Technologies
• Experience in Security/Application Security is highly valued
• Experience in Agile methodologies is valued (especially CSPO training)

• Excellent communication
• Capable to derive simple solutions for complex problems
• Be able to articulate with Product Management and take ownership of the Product in the day-to-day development activities
• Fluent in English

Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, and already residing in Portugal
