Red Brick is hiring a Maintenance Technicians for the Central West End and Downtown portfolios. An ideal candidate will be a specialist in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and also be able to work independently on projects in a timely and efficient manner. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC  in a multifamily or commercial environment.

Have the ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and come up with creative solutions to solving problems

Complete service requests as assigned by Property Manager within 24 hours.

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Experience with historic buildings and commercial/residential real estate a plus

3 years experience in commercial or residential maintenance with plumbing, electrical and HVAC background

HVAC certification

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation during work hours

Ability to work the following hours: M-F 8:30am - 5pm and work in an on-call rotation one week every 3 weeks
