Our client, a Japanese Technology company is looking to hire a Applications Specialist (X-Ray and Mammography) to be based in Singapore.

General Summary:

This position is responsible for the pre-sale and post-sale customer support of Radiography Modalities , PACS products and their applications.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics, private offices, and other medical facilities.
• Deliver post-sales installation training and customer retention activities.
• Maintain existing equipment QC and image quality in customer site
• Assist with product training for field Sales Representatives.
• Supports tradeshow and other marketing activities.
• Complete required administrative activities.
• Provide customer feedback to Marketing.

• 2 years Advanced Diploma/ degree from an Radiography teaching institute.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience, operating Radiography products/PACS(digital X-ray, Digital Mammography etc) equipment in a clinical (hospital, lab, clinic) setting
• MS Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Commercial applications experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong customer interface and training skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
• Works in a well-organized manner, consistently meeting customer and effectively manages daily tasks. 
• Strives for constant improvement; inspires and motivates others.
