By being a Cadet Engineer in Teledata, they will get a first-hand perspective of the skills and tasks required of an IT professional. The objective is to be able to provide the cadet engineers an opportunity to observe, be trained, and gain hands-on experience on how operations in the industry of systems integration work.

• Attend both theoretical and hands-on training for voice, data, and network solutions to be conducted by a designated technical manager or engineer.
• Assists the technical operations group in maintaining various voice, data, and network solutions.
• Assists the technical operations group in implementation of various voice, data, and network solutions.
• Helps resolve Level 1 trouble tickets
• Helps provide phone assistance thru the 24/7 help desk support line
• Helps perform system maintenance and monthly back-up
• Helps perform preventive maintenance to prevent system failures
• Helps perform health check to ensure maximum optimal operation for their systems.
• Other tasks that may assigned on a case-to-case basis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Telephony Administration, Network Administration, Data Administration
• Ability to work professionally with both internal and external customers
• Knowledge in Microsoft applications
• Knowledge in LAN, WAN, and MAN
• Willing to perform extended hours of work if needed
