Our Gardener role covers both hotels.

Our Property Team provide planned and re-active maintenance necessary to preserve our reputation for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff across both hotels.

The ideal person for this role will need to possess a good knowledge of, and enthusiasm toward horticulture.  You will understand how to use a wide range of horticultural machinery safely and have experience of practical work.  You should be physically able to lift and carry 20KG sacks and loads.

As the role requires you to interact with our guests and staff, you must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English, have basic computer skills.  You need to be able to follow instructions, solve problems, prioritise effectively and complete tasks to a high standard. 

An eye for detail, a ‘can do’ attitude and a good sense of humour is essential.  Ability to work as part of a team and individually using your own initiative is vital. You will possess a passion for horticulture and embrace all challenges faced during our varied seasons.
